“Everybody shut up and listen to what I have to say!” yelled the groom to the band at the end of the night. Hang on … let me back up. Anytime Michael & Lauren talked with Danny before the wedding all three parties got off the phone excited about the wedding. They had seen us the year prior at a wedding in Dallas and knew we would come out with crazy energy. Danny knew that all they wanted was to have a blast a celebrate. So any ideas they had we were all about.

They entered the room to the theme from Space Jam. They had their first dances with guests surrounding them on the dance floor. Sincere and beautiful toasts were made with all their family and friends still in a circle. 3 hours of crazy high energy music later that included highlights of “I Miss You” by Blink182 during the dinner set, confetti cannons going off on “We Found Love” by Rihanna, and Celine Dion’s “It’s All Coming Back to Me Now” belted out flawlessly by Teresa for the final song. A second line took the couple down the stairs and had a raucous party in the lobby of the hotel.

So back to the original quote. “Everybody shut up and listen to what I have to say” yelled the groom to the band that was on all different parts of the stage and talking after everyone had left. The band gave Michael their full attention as he continued, “I knew y’all were going to be incredible but this was 1000x more than what I was expecting. I’m grateful to every single one of you (as he pointed to each person) because every time I think about our wedding I’m going to just think about how epic you were. Our wedding was everything because of you.” (NOTE: this is both not-entirely word for word as it’s from memory AND there were several expletives used for emphasis that we have edited out.). In response, we are (*&#$@) grateful to have been a part!
